Events are produced by Bulutegra's channel polling cycle and usually arrive within a few minutes. Ordering is not guaranteed — use
veri.son_kontrol and zaman if you need to order them.i
The first cycle after a webhook is added only snapshots existing orders; no events are sent for past orders. Fetch history through the API.
