Retries
If your endpoint returns anything other than 2xx, times out or cannot be reached, delivery is retried at these intervals:

| 5 | 2 hours |
| 6 | 12 hours |
After the sixth attempt the delivery is marked failed. If 30 deliveries in a row fail, the webhook is disabled and a panel notification is raised; fix the endpoint and press Enable. Recent deliveries and response codes are listed under the webhook card in the panel.
Security rules
- Only
https://URLs on port 443. - Every IP the hostname resolves to must be on the public internet; local, private and reserved addresses are rejected.
- The TLS certificate is verified; the connection is pinned to the resolved IP.
- Up to 5 webhooks per account.
